Christmas Gel Air Fresheners
Make a natural Christmas air freshener with essential oils and gelatin! It’s festive, easy to make, and perfect for holiday gifts or decor.
Materials
- 2 packets unflavored gelatin 0.25 oz each
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 1 teaspoon essential oil blend Christmas Blend: 40 drops Sweet Orange 20 drops Cinnamon Leaf 20 drops Clove Bud 10 drops Vanilla Oleoresin 10 drops Pine
- 1-3 drops green liquid food dye
- 2 small 4-ounce mason jars
Instructions
- In a bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over ½ cup of water. Give it a quick stir so all the powder gets wet. Let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
- Carefully pour ½ cup boiling water over the gelatin. Stir until fully dissolved.
- Add essential oil and your chosen food dye. Stir thoroughly until everything is evenly mixed.
- Pour the mixture evenly into the mason jars.
- Let them sit uncovered overnight to fully set.
