This homemade cinnamon-infused honey is warm, sweet, and slightly spicy. Perfect for drizzling over toast, stirring into tea, or adding a cozy touch to your favorite dishes. It’s easy to make with just honey and cinnamon sticks, and the flavor gets better over time!

Honey
Cinnamon sticks

Instructions
Break up your cinnamon sticks.
Fill a small glass jar about halfway with the cinnamon.
Pour the honey on top to completely cover the cinnamon. Make sure to let it slowly cover everything. Use a knife or skewer to remove air bubbles.
Cover with a lid. Every day, turn the jar over. Let sit for afew weeks.
You can strain or simply keep it in.
Notes
You can use cinnamon powder, but you won’t be able to strain it. It will just stay in while you use it.
