Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1-2 tsp matcha green tea powder adjust to taste
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup or sweetener of choice
  • 1 banana
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp protein powder or collagen optional
  • whipped coconut cream for topping optional
