Rosemary Water for Hair
Packed with benefits like promoting hair growth and soothing the scalp, this DIY Rosemary water for hair spray is made with just a few simple ingredients.
Colander (to strain the rosemary leaves)
Saucepan (to boil the water)
Small Bow (to mix essential oils and witch hazel, if using)
Spray Bottle (to store and apply the rosemary water)
- Rosemary
- Water
- 10 drops essential oils (optional, if using, add splash of witch hazel)
- Witch Hazel
Boil some water and add your rosemary leaves. Let it steep for a while to extract all those beneficial properties.
Once the water has cooled slightly, use a colander to strain out the rosemary leaves. Discard the leaves and keep the infused water.
If you’re adding essential oils, mix them with the witch hazel. This helps the oils blend well with the water.
Combine everything into your spray bottle and give it a good shake. Done!
- Essential oils are optional.
- You can use fresh or dried rosemary, it does not matter.
