Print Recipe
These homemade apple cider vinegar gummies are a fun and delicious way to get the benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar without the strong vinegar taste!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup organic apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup cold water or apple juice to dissolve the gelatin
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup for a vegan option
  • 4 tbsp unflavored gelatin or agar agar for vegan
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp dried strawberry powder optional but tastes delicious

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, stir the gelatin into cold water or apple juice. Let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom, it should thicken into a jelly-like texture.
  • In a glass container or saucepan, combine the apple cider vinegar, honey, and lemon juice. Warm over low heat, stirring gently until everything is well combined. Don’t let it boil.
  • Remove from heat. Add the bloomed gelatin and strawberry powder if using to the warm mixture. Stir continuously until fully dissolved and smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into silicone molds (or a small dish). Let it cool slightly, then refrigerate for 1–2 hours or until firm.
  • Pop the gummies out of the molds and store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
