These homemade apple cider vinegar gummies are a fun and delicious way to get the benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar without the strong vinegar taste!
Ingredients
1/4cuporganic apple cider vinegar
1/4cupcold water or apple juiceto dissolve the gelatin
2tbsphoneyor maple syrup for a vegan option
4tbspunflavored gelatinor agar agar for vegan
2tbsplemon juice
1tbspdried strawberry powderoptional but tastes delicious
Instructions
In a small bowl, stir the gelatin into cold water or apple juice. Let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom, it should thicken into a jelly-like texture.
In a glass container or saucepan, combine the apple cider vinegar, honey, and lemon juice. Warm over low heat, stirring gently until everything is well combined. Don’t let it boil.
Remove from heat. Add the bloomed gelatin and strawberry powder if using to the warm mixture. Stir continuously until fully dissolved and smooth.
Pour the mixture into silicone molds (or a small dish). Let it cool slightly, then refrigerate for 1–2 hours or until firm.
Pop the gummies out of the molds and store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
