These homemade strawberry apple cider vinegar gummies are natural, easy to make, and don’t taste like vinegar. At all. I call that a win.
I’ve never been a fan of the vinegar smell, and sipping apple cider vinegar has never been my thing. But I know it has a lot of benefits, gut health, digestion, immune support, so I wanted to find a way to take it without having to hold my nose every time.
I ended up making these apple cider vinegar gummies today and came straight from the kitchen to share the recipe because, I usually forget what I did if I wait too long (lol), and I actually like them.

I wasn’t sure how these would turn out, but they came together so easily and turned out surprisingly delicious. They have a slightly tart, sweet flavor kind of like strawberry lemonade. You can tweak the sweetness or fruitiness to your liking, and control exactly what goes in them.
Why You’ll Love These Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies
- You can barely taste the Vinegar
- No fake flavors or colors
- Sweetened naturally
- Hints of strawberry and lemon to balance out the vinegar
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp dried strawberry powder (optional but taste delicious)
- 1/4 cup organic apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup water (to dissolve the gelatin) or 1/4 cup apple juice
- 2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)
- 4 tbsp unflavored gelatin (or agar agar for vegan)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Silicone molds

Instructions:
1. Mix the Gelatin
In a small bowl, stir 4 tbsp of unflavored gelatin into 1/4 cup of cold water (or apple juice if you’re using that instead). Let it sit for about 5 minutes to bloom. It’ll look kind of thick and jelly-like when it’s ready.

2. Warm the Mixture
Combine the apple cider vinegar, honey, and lemon juice in a glass container or saucepan. Warm it over low heat on the stove, stirring gently until everything is well combined, just be sure not to let it boil.

I didn’t get a photo of me warming the mixture, but I did do it.

3. Mix It All Together
Remove from heat, then add the bloomed gelatin and strawberry powder to the warm vinegar mixture. Stir continuously until the gelatin is fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth.

4. Pour & Chill
Pour the mixture into silicone molds (or a small dish if you plan to cut them into squares). Let it cool for a few minutes, then pop it into the fridge.
Refrigerate for 1–2 hours or until the gummies are firm and easy to pop out.

6. Remove from the Molds and Store
Keep them in an airtight container in the fridge. They’ll last up to two weeks… if you don’t eat them all first.
