Servings 12 squares

Ingredients

  • 10 strawberries sliced lengthwise
  • 32 oz strawberry blended Greek yogurt no added sugar
  • Freezer paper

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with freezer paper.
  • Spread Greek yogurt evenly onto the baking sheet using a spatula.
  • Cut off the tops of the strawberries and slice them into thin strips, then place the strawberry slices on top of the yogurt, spreading them out so they’re evenly distributed.
  • Cover the pan with plastic wrap (beeswax wraps or a silicone lid ) and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight to let the yogurt set.
  • Once frozen, break into squares and store in a freezer bag until ready to serve.

Notes

  • For an extra crunch, you can add a handful of nuts or seeds to the yogurt before freezing it.
  • Use other fruits: You can use other berries or fruits like blueberries or sliced bananas.
  • Sweeten it naturally: If you prefer a slightly sweeter treat, drizzle a little honey or maple syrup on top of the yogurt before freezing.
  • Store in the freezer for a few days, and you’ll always have a healthy option ready to grab when you need it.
