In a bowl, mix the Epsom salts, and baking soda until well combined.

Grind up most of the lavender flowers to make a powder. Leave some to put on the bottom of the mold.

Add the lavender powder to mixture.

Then add in the essential oils.

If using, add in mica powder until you get the desired color.

Slowly drizzle the water into the dry mixture, stirring continuously. The texture should resemble slightly damp sand and hold together when pressed.

Add in some lavender flowers to the bottom of the mold.

Firmly pack the mixture into silicone molds.

Let the shower melts dry and harden for 24 hours, then gently remove from the molds.
