This vanilla-infused honey is sweet and full of warm vanilla flavor. Perfect for tea, pancakes, and more!
Ingredients
Honey
Vanilla Beans
Glass Container
Instructions
Cut your vanilla into smaller pieces.
In a small glass jar, add vanilla beans, enough to fill abouthalfway.
Pour the honey on top to completely cover the vanilla. Makesure to let it slowly cover everything. Use a knife to make sure all the airbubbles are out.
Cover with the lid.
Every day, turn the jar over. Let it sit for a few weeks.
You can strain or simply keep it all in.

To Use: Add a spoonful of this honey to tea, eat a spoonful, to cookies, etc.
