Ingredients

How to Assemble Your Valentine’s Day Charcuterie Board

1. Create a “grassy” base with grapes

Start by spreading the grapes at the bottom of your tray. This adds a nice visual contrast and makes the perfect base for your “flower garden.”

2. Chop and scatter the cheese

Cut your cheddar and Swiss cheese into cubes and sprinkle them onto the board. If you want to get fancy, you can use a small heart-shaped cutter to make some cute cheese hearts!

3. Make pepperoni roses

This part is easier than it looks! Grab a small glass and start folding a slice of pepperoni over the edge, leaving half inside and half outside. Slightly overlap each slice as you go, adding layers until it forms a full, beautiful rose. Carefully remove the rose from the glass and place it on your board.

Lay sprigs of fresh rosemary under your pepperoni roses to create the illusion of stems. This small touch makes your board feel extra fancy!
