If you love easy, natural body care recipes that actually work like me this sea salt scrub is one you’ll want to make on repeat. It’s one of those back-to-basics recipes with minimal ingredients, quick to make, and incredibly effective at exfoliating and smoothing your skin.
I love this scrub because it feels spa level fancy, but it literally takes a few minutes to make. No preservatives, no fillers, no weird ingredients just simple, nourishing ingredients you can customize to your skin and mood.

Why Sea Salt Scrubs
Sea salt is a natural exfoliant that helps slough off dead skin cells, leaving your skin softer and smoother right away. Paired with a nourishing oil, it helps lock in moisture instead of stripping your skin dry.
This scrub is especially nice for:
- Rough elbows and knees
- Dry winter skin
- Pre-shave exfoliation
- A quick self-care moment in the shower

Instructions
1. Mix the Oils
Add the essential oils to the infused oil and stir well to combine. This helps evenly distribute the scent throughout the scrub.

2. Grind the Sea Salt
Grind the sea salt slightly to make the texture a bit finer. I did about 5 seconds you still want some grit, just not sharp chunks.

3. Combine Everything
In a bowl, combine the ground salt with the oil mixture. Mix until the salt is evenly coated and the texture looks uniform.

That’s it your scrub is ready to use!
