Life has been a little wild lately. Between working my 9–5 and trying to keep up with everything else, I haven’t had as much time to create recipes. But when September 1st rolled around, I couldn’t resist. Fall content feels like a must, and I just needed my natural whipped pumpkin body butter moment. 🍂


This Pumpkin Spice Whipped Body Butter is the perfect way to bring fall vibes straight into your routine. It’s fluffy, moisturizing, and smells just like your favorite spiced drink but in the best, most natural way. And It only takes a few simple ingredients.
Whipped Pumpkin Spice Body Butter Recipe:
Ingredients (Makes about 8 oz.)
- 1 drop clove essential oil
- 1/2 cup shea butter
- 6 tablespoons carrier oil (I used almond oil)
- 1/4 teaspoon orange mica (optional)
- 2 drops cinnamon leaf essential oil
- 1 drop nutmeg essential oil
- 1 drop ginger essential oil

Instructions:
Step 1: Melt the Base
In a heat-safe bowl, combine the shea butter and carrier oil. Gently melt them together until smooth and fully combined.

Step 2: Chill Until Firm
Place the bowl in the fridge for about 30 minutes, or until the mixture is hardened but not completely solid.
Step 3: Whip It Up
Using a hand mixer, whip the mixture until it becomes light and fluffy similar to whipped cream.
Step 4: Add the Spice
Blend in the essential oils and, if you’d like, the orange mica for a hint of color.


Step 5: Jar and Store
Scoop the finished body butter into a clean jar with a lid. Store at room temperature and use as needed.


How to Use Pumpkin Spice Body Butter
Massage a small amount into dry skin whenever you need moisture. I love using it at night after a shower the butter melts into the skin, leaving it soft, smooth, and lightly scented with warm spice.

Whipped Pumpkin Spice Body Butter
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup shea butter
- 6 tablespoons carrier oil
- 1/4 teaspoon orange mica optional
- 2 drops cinnamon leaf essential oil
- 1 drops nutmeg essential oil
- 1 drops ginger essential oil
- 1 drop clove essential oil
Instructions
- Melt the shea butter and carrier oil until fully combined.
- Allow to chill in the fridge until harden, about 30 minutes or so.
- Whipped until light and fluffy.
- Add in essential oils.
- If using, add in mica powder.
Notes
- Essential oils are optional, but that makes a nice pumpkin spice smell!
- You can use mango butter instead of shea butter if you want.
- Any carrier oil will work. I used almond oil.
