Vanilla Sugar Recipe
This vanilla sugar recipe is super easy to make, and I promise you’ll want to keep making it.
Ingredients:
- 4 vanilla beans (cheaper on Amazon than in the store)
- 1 cup sugar
- Glass jar

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Vanilla Beans
Start by cutting open your vanilla beans so the caviar can get into the sugar. You’ll want to split them down the middle to expose the vanilla caviar inside.
Once you’ve cut them open, cut the beans in half so they fit easily in the jar.

2. Add the Vanilla Beans to the Sugar
Take your vanilla bean halves and place them in a jar of sugar. Make sure the beans are covered completely by the sugar.
Once they’re in, give the jar a good shake to mix the vanilla caviar with the sugar. The more you shake, the more infused your sugar will become.

3. Let It Infuse
You can leave the beans in the sugar to infuse for as long as you would like depending on how strong you want the vanilla flavor to be. I recommend waiting at least a few days, but the longer it sits, the more flavorful it gets.

4. Enjoy Your Homemade Vanilla Sugar.

In my house, we go through a whole jar of vanilla sugar super fast. As you can see, it looks just as tasty as it is, honestly, it’s the best sugar you can make!
Notes:
- you can also add some vanilla powder. It’ll intensify the vanilla flavor and create an even richer taste.
