DIY Foot Scrub Recipe

Ingredients

Instructions

1. Grind the salt

Start by grinding your Himalayan salt into a finer texture. You want it to be a little softer on the skin, especially if you’re going to be scrubbing around delicate areas like your heels or toes.

2. Mix it all together

Add the salt to a bowl and pour in your carrier oil. Mix well until the texture feels spreadable and slightly oily.

Want to save this for later?

Send it to yourself now and try it out when you’re ready!

3. Add essential oils

Now add your essential oils, if you’re using them. Lavender, peppermint, or tea tree are great choices for feet. Stir everything to combine.

4. Store in a jar

Spoon the scrub into a clean glass jar with a lid.

Notes:

  • You can skip the essential oils if you want to keep it super simple.
  • For extra benefits, try using a herbal-infused oil like calendula or rosemary.
  • Use this scrub after soaking your feet or right before you moisturize for the full spa effect.
