I’ve been looking for ways to make my house smell good for the holidays without using anything toxic or overpowering. I already have my natural Christmas candles, but finding a truly non-toxic spray has been hard! Most store-bought ones are filled with artificial fragrances that can trigger my sensitivities, and with two dogs I’m extra careful about what I use in the air.
That’s why I decided to make my own Christmas Air Freshener Spray it’s completely natural, pet-friendly (when used lightly and safely), and smells just like Christmas morning. It’s fresh, cozy, and festive all at once a blend of pine, orange, and cinnamon that makes your home instantly feel warm and inviting.

If you’re like me and love creating your own natural home scents, you’re going to adore this simple Christmas Air Freshener Spray!
It’s made with just a few ingredients and captures the essence of the season in one little bottle. Perfect for freshening up your living room, linens, or even spritzing near the Christmas tree.

Add the witch hazel to your 2-ounce spray bottle. This helps the essential oils mix evenly with the water instead of separating.

2. Add the Essential Oils
Drop in your essential oils pine for that fresh, woodsy scent, orange for a bright and uplifting touch, and cinnamon for a cozy, spicy warmth that feels like Christmas in a bottle.

3. Fill and Shake
Fill the rest of the bottle with distilled water, leaving a little room at the top. Secure the lid and shake well before each use.

Spritz around the room, on linens, or near your Christmas tree. One or two sprays are enough to fill your space with a festive, natural aroma.
